Updated version of Handbook of Emission Factors (HBEFA v5.1) - we did contribute

The Handbook of Emission Factors for Road Transport (HBEFA) has recently been released as version 5.1. We are proud to have contributed to it with our Europe‑wide remote sensing data: Based on these drive‑by emission measurements, we analysed emission behaviour as a function of vehicle age, engine load and ambient temperature. The resulting regression curves were incorporated into the current HBEFA version. The detailed description for NOx emission deterioration in modern trucks: Evidence from remote sensing is now available; for passenger cars it is currently in preparation.
