Invited Talk at the German Society of Transportation Sciences
This year, the Saxonian branch of the DVWG (German Society of Transportation Sciences) is holding a series of talks and discussions (labelled DVWG Impulse!) on "Data in Transportation."
The series started on January 31, 2023, with an invited talk by Professor Kerschke. In his presentation "Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Transportation: Are Algorithms and Data a Curse or a Blessing for the Traffic of the Future?", he gave an overview of various algorithms and machine learning methods, focusing in particular on their potentials and limitations concerning the traffic of the future.
