Communication workshop for the chair team

On 14th and 15th February several members of the chair team took part in the workshop "Be an Inspiring Communicator! Presentation Skills for Lecturers" in order to improve their rhetorical skills regarding research presentations as well as teaching.

The workshop was organized by the Centre for Continuing Education of the TU Dresden and executed by the workshop leader and coach Dr. Stephanie Rohac (left side in the back row). She provided each participant with enlightening tips and constructive feedback regarding different aspects of communication like wording, use of body language, structure of speeches or target group analysis. At the end of the workshop everyone was aware of his or her current strengths as well as of the potential fields for further improvement.

Therefore we want to thank Dr. Rohac again and can conclude that we had two enriching training days!
