Participation in 2. Sächsische KI-Kongress des Freistaates Sachsen
On May 25, 2023, Prof. Okhrin and chair member Dianzhao Li participated in the 2. Sächsische KI-Kongress des Freistaates Sachsen. This prestigious event brought together more than 250 distinguished guests representing business, science, society, and politics, creating a dynamic platform for discussions on the latest developments and trends in the field of AI. Prof. Okhrin was invited to participate in a discussion round centered around KI-Modelle made in Saxony. During this session, Prof. Okhrin shared insights about an AI model specifically designed for traffic scenarios in Saxony. Chair team member Dianzhao Li showcased the capabilities of reinforcement learning-driven robotic cars, specifically demonstrating their remarkable lane following behaviors at the exhibition stand of ScaDS.AI. He had a discussion with other participants on the working principles of robots, and future work.
