Participation of chair at workshop for ‘Integrated Engineering for Future Mobility’
Our chair member, Ankit Chaudhari, recently participated in a workshop on 'Integrated Engineering for Future Mobility' organized by the German Centre for Research and Innovation (DWIH) in New Delhi, India. The workshop was aimed at fostering collaboration and generating innovative research ideas related to urban mobility by using a "Design Thinking" approach.
The workshop brought together a diverse group of 24 researchers and scientists from Germany and India, representing various domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation Planning, Energy Economics, Architecture, Public Policy, EV and Battery Technology, and Chemical Engineering.
During the workshop, Ankit represented our team's interests in the areas of traffic simulation, autonomous vehicles, and reinforcement learning. His contributions were well-received, and the workshop provided a valuable opportunity for him to exchange ideas with other experts in the field. We are excited to see how his experiences and insights gained from the workshop will inform and benefit our ongoing work in this area.
