FIS – Science Information System for Mobility, Traffic and Urban Development

Project description

The FIS project provides the state-of-the-art research results for the federal ministry of transport, building and city development. A science-based information portal is created on the topics of transport, mobility and city development. This portal is primarily addressed to politicians and government agencies, but also to representatives from science and industry as well as the interested public.

Tasks of ITVS

The aim of this project is to continuously update and enhance the existing knowledge maps and synthesis reports as well as expand the existing portal to the hot topics in the areas of traffic management, mobility and road safety in the future.
