Since 2006 the Chair of Energy Economics (EE²) at TU Dresden has annually hosted the Conference on Energy Economics and Technology (ENERDAY) and in 2017, the Chair of Energy Economics will be hosting the 14th International Conference on the European Energy Market (EEM).

ENERDAY 2023

Am 05. Mai 2023 richtete der Lehrstuhl für Energiewirtschaft den „ENERDAY – 17th International Conference on Energy Economics and Technology“ aus. Auch dieses Jahr nahmen wieder mehr als 100 Teilnehmer:innen aus Forschung und der Industrie an der Konferenz teil und hörten knapp 50 Vorträge zum Thema „The energy crisis as an accelerator of a sustainable transformation?"

ENERDAY 2022

Am 30. September 2022 richtete der Lehrstuhl für Energiewirtschaft den „ENERDAY – 16th International Conference on Energy Economics and Technology“ aus. Nachdem die Konferenz im letzen Jahr virtuell stattfinden musste, freuten sich dieses Jahr rund 100 Teilnehmer:innen aus Forschung und der Industrie auf knapp 50 Vorträge zum Thema „Legacy assets and infrastructures in the energy system transformation - Out with the old, in with the new?"

ENERDAY 2021

Zum 15. Mal richtete der Lehrstuhl für Energiewirtschaft am 9. April 2021 den ENERDAY - International Conference on Energy Economics and Technology aus. Titel der in diesem Jahr online stattgefundenen Fachtagung war „Creative Destruction? - Disruptive innovation in times of Covid and an accelerated energy system transformation“. In diesem Jahr fand die Konferenz erstmalig „online“ statt und das Online-Format wurde gut angenommen. Mit in der Spitze rund 120 Teilnehmer/innen aus Wissenschaft und Industrie aus ganz Europa und in ca. 50 Vorträgen wurden aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Energiewirtschaft diskutiert.

ENERDAY 2018

After a break last year, the ENERDAY returns for 2018. On 27th April the Chair of Energy Economics will hold the 12th Conference on Energy Economics and Technology. This year, the conference focus lies on national and european perspectives on "Market and Sector Integration". So far 48 contributions are selected to adress the pressing issues surrounding energy systems, markets and policies. The chair cordially invites everyone who wishes to participate in engaging presentations and fruitful discussions.

EEM 2017

The Chair of Energy Economics is looking forward to hosting the 14th International Conference on the European Energy Market - EEM 2017 in Dresden. The conference will take place from 6-9 June 2017 at the Technische Universität Dresden. The EEM is a well-established conference in Europe with international appeal, which brings together international representatives from science, industry and politics from different fields in Energy Economics. It provides a common platform to discuss current challenges and solutions for (European) energy markets and to present new ideas.

ENERDAY 2016

On 8 April 2016 the Chair of Energy Economics at Technische Universität Dresden organized the 11th Conference on Energy Economics and Technology (ENERDAY 2016). The conference addressed challenges with regard to energy systems, markets and policies. The overarching theme of this year´s conference was “Energy efficiency and Demand Response”.

Since 2006 the Chair of Energy Economics (EE²) at TU Dresden has annually hosted the Conference on Energy Economics and Technology (ENERDAY). The one-day conference, attended by more than 150 participants each year, has increasingly gained in popularity. It provides a common platform for exchanging ideas and experiences in the field of energy economics and to discuss current challenges and solutions with international representatives from academia, industry and politics.

In 2017, the Chair of Energy Economics will be hosting the 14^th International Conference on the European Energy Market (EEM). The EEM conferences have already established a strong tradition in Europe. The conference provides a forum to exchange ideas and to discuss a wide range of current issues related to energy markets.
