Final pitches of the WPA project: Financial Robotics meets Ostsächsische Sparkasse
As part of the WPA project Financial Robotics meets Ostsächsische Sparkasse, committed students have intensively developed the humanoid service robot Pepper with the aim of raising customer orientation in the branches of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse to a new level.
The students have developed innovative solutions that specifically address the current challenges in the Sparkasse branches. These include unlocking online banking access and entertainment programs that allow parents accompanied by their children, for example, to attend their consultation appointments without being disturbed. In addition, other customer-oriented functions have been developed.
The presentation of the use cases took place in mid-July at the Technical University of Dresden in the presence of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse. The students presented their creative and technical solutions. These innovative approaches will soon be tested for their effectiveness and practical suitability in the Striesen branch.
The joint WPA project shows how regional cooperation can lead to practical and future-oriented solutions. We would like to thank our committed students for their innovative work. Special thanks also go to the Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden, which made this project possible.
