Finance Research Letters "Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Finance" Paper Development Workshop
September 26, 2025
We are pleased to announce a Paper Development Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Finance to be held at TU Dresden on September 26, 2025. The workshop is co-organized by Lars Hornuf (TU Dresden), Tony Klein (Chemnitz University), Juliane Proelss (Concordia University), and Denis Schweizer (Concordia University). As Artificial Intelligence continues to transform the business landscape, it offers significant opportunities and challenges across key areas of corporate finance — including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate governance. We invite submissions that deepen the understanding of current and emerging AI applications, address related obstacles, and propose innovative solutions within the corporate finance domain.
The workshop serves as a paper development workshop for a special issue in Finance Research Letters. The Paper Development Workshop aims to offer a collaborative platform for researchers to present and refine their work prior to submission and to receive valuable feedback from the guest editorial team as well as the Editor-in-Chief Tony Klein. The presented papers do not necessarily have to be published in Finance Research Letters (researchers can also simply request feedback), nor does participation in the workshop guarantee acceptance in the special issue.
