Welcome to the chair!

The subject of „Finance“ deals with the financial decision-making process of companies, private investors, and other financial institutions. The chair also focuses on financial technologies and financial innovations, i.e. the development and application of innovative technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency, transparency, and security of financial transactions. Key topics in this context include blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, mobile payment systems, crowdfunding, and automated investment advice.
