Workshops on service catalog development in the DDtrust-Scale project

Toni Heinze (excite|FUTURELAB) moderated workshops on the development of a service catalog for data trust services as part of the DDtrust-Scale project, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The DDtrust-Scale project focuses on the implementation of a data trust model in practice. The aim is to create a trust service that securely manages data and enables exchange between researchers, institutions and other stakeholders. The aim of the workshops was therefore to bring together organizational, legal, data protection, technical and fiduciary perspectives in order to create a common understanding. The result was a clear overview of which services can already be offered and which should be developed in the future. This classification also provides important information on possible cost structures and therefore represents a central building block for the success of the project.
