Students on the Business Administration and Industrial Engineering courses as well as members of the Sub-Department of Industrial Management visited the production facility for solar modules in Freiberg. The most important process steps, from the raw material through to the finished solar module, are carried out by around 770 permanent staff at the Freiberg site.
The factory presentation was accompanied by a visit to the TU Bergakademie Freiberg's teaching and research mine "Reiche Zeche".
