Dr. Ann Sophie Lauterbach joins the Chair of Organization and Management

Dr. Ann Sophie Lauterbach joined the Chair of Organization and Management as postdoctoral researcher on April 1^st, 2025. She strengthens the team with her expertise in organizational behavior. Dr. Lauterbach completed her doctoral thesis on the design of innovative workspaces at the University of Konstanz, where she conducted her research at the Future of Work Lab.

Dr. Lauterbach is an expert on how physical and digital aspects of work environments shape employee experience and performance. Her research interests include organizational space—such as office design and its perception and use by employees—as well as employee well-being, with a particular focus on technology-induced stress and both psychological and physical health.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Lauterbach to our chair and look forward to the new impulses she will bring to our research and teaching.
