Professor Razinskas Now Heads the Chair of Organization and Management

On October 1^st, 2024, Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas from Freie Universität Berlin joined the Faculty of Business and Economics, where he now heads the Chair of Organization and Management. Before his time as assistant professor of management in Berlin and as visiting scholar at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), he worked as research associate and later as postdoc at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Professor Razinskas completed his diploma at Technische Universität München and received his doctorate in business and economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

In his research, Professor Razinskas focuses on questions surrounding successful collaboration and leadership despite conscious and unconscious differences. Insights from his research on teamwork, diversity, and leadership have been published in internationally leading journals of his field. Moreover, he has received numerous awards for his research and reviewing activities, and he has attracted a significant amount of third-party funding.
