Project days: Learning to manage easily with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The Chair of Business Education and Management Training organized project days with the Tolkewitz High School. During the workshop, the students used LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to intensively deal with the topics of competence building, successful work in teams and entrepreneurship. During the workshop, the students not only played, but also demonstrated independent work, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity in the preparation of the tasks. The use of LEGO® bricks is intended to promote communication and especially strategic imagination in a playful way, with the bricks serving as a means of transport for the ideas and thoughts.
