On May 21-22: ifo Dresden Workshop on Labor Economics and Social Policy

On May 21 and 22, 2026, the Dresden branch of the ifo Institute and the Chairs of Econometrics and of Economic Policy and Economic Research will host the 15th "ifo Dresden Workshop on Labor Economics and Social Policy".

As in previous years, young researchers in particular will present and discuss their current research in the fields of the labor market, family economics, health, and migration. The final program is available via this link.

The keynote lecture of the workshop: The Price of Breaking the Glass Ceiling  will be delivered by Rita Ginja, Ph.D.  (University of Bergen) on May 21 at 5:00 p.m. in HSZ 03/U. Anyone interested is welcome to join!
