Recap of the Deloitte Workshop on Reverse Consulting

On October 29, 2026, we welcomed the Deloitte Campus Team and colleagues from the Technology & Transformation division to the ballroom, where they organized a workshop exclusively for students in our department.

The topic this time was reverse consulting, which means the roles were reversed: for 2.5 hours, the students were the consultants and Deloitte was the client. Divided into four groups, the students tackled a real-world problem, analyzed weaknesses, developed potential solutions, and finally pitched them to the consultants.

The workshop was rounded off with a get-together in downtown Dresden, where, over food and drinks, there was an opportunity to ask questions about consulting, AI in day-to-day consulting work, and career opportunities at Deloitte.
