Distinguished Research Fellow stays at the faculty

In spring, a number of international researchers will be guests at the Faculty via the Distinguished Research Fellowship.

In 2024, Professor Oliver Krancher from the IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark was awarded a Distinguished Research Fellowship at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at TU Dresden. He spent several weeks at TU Dresden in May and June 2025, working with Prof. Dr. Martin Wiener and Prof. Dr. Susanne Strahringer to lay the foundation for several publication projects on the use of algorithmic management approaches in the context of knowledge work, particularly in software development. read more

Two of the Distinguished Research Fellows 2025 are on their first visits to the Faculty: Professor Sven Anders from the University of Alberta and Assistant Professor Ciprian Domnisoru from Aalto Business School. Both were also present at the Faculty Day on May 21, where they were introduced and honored by the Dean of the Faculty and their respective hosts. Sven Anders' hosts are Prof. Dr. Dominik Möst and Prof. Dr. Christian Leßmann. Ciprian Domnisoru will work together with Prof. Dr. Kamila Cygan-Rehm and Dr. Andreas Leibing.
