Professor Razinskas to Give Keynote Speech at This Year’s Diversity Days at TU Dresden
From November 24 to 28, 2025, the Diversity Days will take place at Technische Universität Dresden. Under the motto “Origin Shapes – Diversity Moves,” this year’s series of events will focus on the many dimensions of origin and their significance for an open and inclusive university community.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas, board member of the Center for Demography and Diversity (CDD) and Professor of Organization and Management, will contribute a keynote speech to this year’s Diversity Days. His talk, entitled “Diversity as an Opportunity: Scientific Insights into Successful Collaboration,” will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 11:10 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. in HÜL/S386/H.
The talk will explore the conditions under which diversity can unfold its positive effects within organizations. Drawing on current findings from management research and work and organizational psychology, it will highlight both the potential of diversity for creativity, innovation, and collaboration, as well as the challenges it may entail. The aim is to provide an evidence-based understanding of the factors that foster the positive impact of diversity and to offer practical impulses for inclusive working environments.
Registration for the talk is requested. Further information about this and other events can be found on the Diversity Days website.
