Professor Razinskas to Give Keynote Speech at TUD’s Diversity Days
From November 2 to 6, 2026, the Diversity Days will take place at TUD Dresden University of Technology. Under the theme “What We Don’t See: Invisible Realities on Campus,” the event will spotlight issues that often remain hidden yet shape the daily lives of many people at the university.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas, board member of the Center for Demography and Diversity (CDD) and Professor of Organization and Management, will contribute a keynote speech to this year’s Diversity Days. His talk, entitled “Diversity Beyond the Visible: How Invisible Differences Shape Our Everyday Lives,” will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 9:20 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. in BAR/205/H.
The talk will explore how invisible differences influence knowledge sharing, creativity, trust, and well-being in teams. Drawing on empirical evidence and practical case studies, it examines how psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and an appreciative organizational culture can help people contribute diverse perspectives constructively. The aim is to foster an evidence-based understanding of invisible diversity and provide practical impulses for inclusive collaboration in higher education and organizations.
Registration for the talk is recommended. Further information about this and other events can be found on the Diversity Days website.
