Successful re-launch of the Organization and Management Group (OMG)

The OMG re-launched successfully in October, bringing together an active community of 8–14 participants per session. So far, three manuscripts were discussed in a constructive and supportive atmosphere. We also met four times for virtual or in-person coworking sessions. The group aims to strengthen the business administration and management area — not only through presentations, but also by fostering a collaborative research community.
