EUTOPIA Week 2025 "Together into the Future" in Venice

EUTOPIA Week at Ca' Foscari University of Venice took place from 01--05.12.2025 under the motto "Together into the Future" . Representatives from university management, academia, administration, students and global partners came together to strengthen future cooperation and promote innovative models of European higher education.

Dr. Ianina Scheuch from the Chair of Business Education and Management Training (WiPäd) took part as a member of the EUTOPIA Connected Community on the topic of "Sustainable Well-being for People & Planet / Caring Communities" under the lead of Nova University Lisbon. As a recently elected member of TUD's EUTOPIA Faculty & Saff Council, it is also involved in the exchange and further development of the alliance. A research-based workshop is planned for 2026 as part of the Connected Community in Lisbon and a new EUTOPIA teaching format for Business Administration and Economics students will be offered.

The EUTOPIA alliance consists of ten European universities; TU Dresden joined in 2021. The aim of the alliance is to increase the international competitiveness of European universities and strengthen the European identity - among other things through mobility programs for students, teachers and early-career researchers.
