Habilitation prize for Prof. Dr. Kamila Cygan-Rehm

Prof. Dr. Kamila Cygan-Rehm has been awarded this year's Habilitation Prize of the University Association of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). The award ceremony will take place as part of the FAU Awards on October 22. In her cumulative habilitation thesis, Ms. Cygan-Rehm devoted herself to the econometric evaluation of various political interventions - from the effects of parental allowance and financial incentives for early prenatal care to the extension of compulsory schooling and reforms of citizenship law and mini-jobs. The short and long-term, intended and unintended effects of political decisions on the affected individuals and companies were analyzed in eight scientific contributions.
