From September 1, 2022 there will be a new junior professor at the faculty. Karoline Glaser becomes the holder of the Junior Professorship for Business Information Systems, esp. Management Analytics. Karoline Glaser comes to Dresden from the University of Mannheim, where she has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Enterprise Systems since 2018. In August 2022, she successfully completed her dissertation on "Essays on Contemporary Enterprise Systems Development" in Mannheim.

In her research, Karoline Glaser deals with development organizations for enterprise systems, with a focus on platform ecosystems, development methods and product characteristics, e.g. In the context of machine learning.
