Review of the graduation ceremony and summer party on May 21

On May 21, 2025, it was that time again - we said goodbye to our graduates of the class of 2024/25. A total of 170 graduates who completed their studies or doctorate at the Faculty between May 2024 and May 2025 experienced a festive ceremony in the Physics lecture hall in the Trefftz Building together with friends, family and faculty members. And the weather was perfect too! After the official ceremony, we celebrated extensively on the large lawn at the Gerhart Potthoff Building - with sunshine, good humor and great conversations.

A big thank you goes to Katharina Wissing and Felix Reinsch, who made the celebration particularly memorable with their personal recollections of their student days. We would also like to extend our special thanks to all the helpers from the secretariats and the Mittelbau, but above all to the students of the FSR Wiwi and the VWI Estiem Hochschulgruppe e.V. the team from nexus e.V. as well as Cornelia Raeuber and Yvonne Bludau.
