Sporting team events: REWE Team Challenge and Rowing against Cancer 2024
Several sporting team events took place in June. Teams from the Faculty of Business and Economics were also represented there in large numbers.
The REWE Team Challenge Dresden is one of the largest company runs in Germany. In 2024, it took place on June 12 and the Faculty of Business and Economics was also well represented with a total of 7 teams.

Furthermore, on June 8, 2024, the charity regatta "Rowing against Cancer" took place in Dresden. Two teams from different chairs across the faculty also took part.
€ 250 is donated per boat, which goes to the "Leben mit Krebs" foundation. This supports regional therapy-supporting offers at the respective location, especially moderate sport and exercise offers.
