Participation of the Chair of Industrial Management in the LDIC 2026 in Bremen
Two doctoral students of the Chair of Business Administration, esp. Industrial Management, Paul Päprer and Shiyu Guo, participated together with Prof. Udo Buscher at the 10th International Conference on Dynamics in Logistics (LDIC 2026) from February 25-27, 2026 in Bremen.
The LDIC is an internationally established, interdisciplinary conference organized by the Bremen Research Cluster for Dynamics in Logistics (LogDynamics) at the University of Bremen and brings together researchers from logistics, operations research, engineering and computer science.
Shiyu Guo presented the paper "Optimization of Investment and Operations for Green Hydrogen Supply Chains with Salt Cavern Storage". Paul Päprer presented "A Semi-Integrated Approach for Combined Railway Circulation and Shift Planning". Both presentations met with lively interest and led to intensive technical discussions.
The conference was rounded off by a varied supporting program with a conference dinner, a city tour and a visit to the halls of the BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, an engineering research institute with a focus on innovative logistics solutions and application-oriented projects.
We would like to thank the organizers of LDIC 2026 for the successful implementation and the inspiring program.
