Time as a Research Lens: New review article in JOM
Time and temporality as a theoretical perspective in organizational research have gained considerable relevance, especially in recent years. In the new article "Time as a Research Lens: A Conceptual Review and Research Agenda", Blagoy Blagoev, Tor Hernes, Sven Kunisch, and Maiken Schultz provide a much-needed comprehensive review of relevant literature.
The article identifies three dominant manifestations of time in the literature - time as resource, time as structure, and time as process. Building on this, potential directions for future research are outlined. The review has already been discussed intensively in the OMG group during the development process.
The article is published in Journal of Management (JOM) and open access: Time as a Research Lens: A Conceptual Review and Research Agenda.
