transCampus project: online programme "Time to Thrive" – registration for winter term 2022/2023
As part of a cross-university transCampus cooperation between TU Dresden and King's College London, the Chair of Business Education and Management Training is offering the opportunity to participate in the virtual coaching programme “Time to Thrive” in the winter term 2022.
The programme includes the following topics:
- Positive psychology
- Coping with stress and developing resilience skills
- Combating loneliness
- Improving well-being
As a TU Dresden master's or diploma student of all fields of study, registration is open until November 15, 2022 at https://forms.gle/MVwojMbEnznKcxt59. The programme is conducted online in English during the period from October to December 2022 (4 modules of 90 minutes each, plus individual exercises). In addition, a special programme for students and scientists from Ukraine will be offered with a personal consultation in Ukrainian.
