Working Papers are scientific papers that serve (in principle) to discuss the latest findings in the respective field. On most links you can download this as a PDF file for free. Topics are mostly economic, but there are also interesting contributions for economists, such as organizational learning, strategy and leadership. As a help important authors or specialized areas are mentioned in brackets.
