Family friendliness at the faculty
"Family friendliness is particularly important to our faculty. We conduct an annual survey of our doctoral candidates and it shows impressively that flexible and mobile working is practiced at the chairs. In most cases, it is very easy to reconcile family and doctorate or habilitation. As the holder of one of the chairs with the most children at the faculty, I can say with full conviction that with an appreciative approach, flexibility and motivation, it is possible to achieve the set qualification goal, to start a family and later to embark on exciting career paths in research and practice."
