Requests to Computing Lab via ticket system
Since November 2022, the IL has been using a ticket system to process booking inquiries as well as technical questions. In this way, any problems that arise can be better divided up within the IL team and dealt with in a targeted manner. In addition, you get an insight into your personal tickets and can view the current status at any time.
To support this process, we ask that you send technical issues or service requests that are not of the highest urgency to the e-mail address .
