Promoting entrepreneurial thinking through play - LEGO® Serious Play® workshop with Tolkewitz secondary school

Students from Gymnasium Tolkewitz were guests at the Chair of Business Education and Management Training to try out entrepreneurial thinking in the LEGO® Serious Play® workshop. Using LEGO bricks as a medium, the participants playfully explored their personal strengths, reflected on team processes and developed initial ideas for entrepreneurial action. The aim of the collaboration between the Gymnasium Tolkewitz and the Chair of Business Education and Management Training is to help shape the newly established "Entrepreneurship" profile lessons in a practical and appealing way - and to convey business content in a lively way.

The workshop is part of a project at the Chair that tests and further develops innovative learning formats such as LEGO® Serious Play® in an entrepreneurial and educational context.
