PhD Students at the 21st IEEE Conference on Business Informatics in Moskau
Frederik Wulf and Stefan Klotz, two of our PhD students, presented their research results in the fields of Shadow IT and Cloud Sourcing at the 21st IEEE Conference on Business Informatics.
This year the CBI took place in Moskau at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). Frederik Wulf presented his research on cloud sourcing risks, mitigation measures and general benefits while Stefan Klotz presented his work on theorizing Shadow and Business Managed IT (BMIT). Prof. Westner chaired the Information Management Track.
The two PhD students' dissertations are jointly supervised by Prof. Westner (OTH Regensburg, Technical University for Applied Sciences in Regensburg) and Prof. Strahringer, TU Dresden. Currently, six PhD students work on their theses in this joint supervision model.
