Presentation at the 33rd Norwegian ICT Conference for Research and Education

Katja Bley presented the result of an international collaboration with the University of Agder in Kristiansand at this year's Norwegian ICT Conference for Research and Education in Trondheim on Nov. 30, 2021. The paper is entitled "The Role of Citizens' Familiarity, Privacy Concerns, and Trust on Adoption of Smart Services" and investigates the adoption behavior of smart services and technologies in cities by citizens in a quantitative-qualitative study. Prof. Ilias Pappas (University of Agder & Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and Prof. Devinder Thapa (University of Agder & University of South-Eastern Norway) were also involved in this collaboration.
