CDD - Soziotechnikum
Wouldn`t it be great, if the TU Dresden would make their scientists a spacious factory building available, in which different chairs could share laboratories and test rooms next to each other or even with each other and the probands, interested people plus the young scientists could have access to prototypes and new developments of the university.
Something that is on other places already real, it is also the wish of the Center for Demography and Diversity (CDD), as Chairman Prof. Wegge had announced during the presentation of the new competence center at the opening event in the rectorate.
Whether age-simulation-laboratories, industrial workplace of the future, diversity-laboratory for teamwork or the Senior-Model-Apartment with assistance and monitoring systems: the variety of CDD-members is also reflected in the wishes of using to such a building.
To develop and to test products and prototypes on ergonomics and acceptance, it requires for the probands areas, which are accessible and flexibly adaptable to the experiments. Finally could the House of Living Labs be used as a showroom for more science disciplines and interested people to initiate a new exchange.
