Education & Career
The CRTD researchers teach in four international international Master's programs (M.Sc.), at Bachelor's and Master's level in various faculties and departments of the TU Dresden, and supervise PhD students.
Bachelor's, Master's, PhD
Bachelor
Although the CRTD currently does not offer any study programs on Bachelor's level, CRTD researchers are involved in the teaching of practical and theoretical classes in the Bachelor's programs of other faculties at TUD.
Master
The CRTD is the teaching unit for the Master's courses (M.Sc.) Molecular Bioengineering, Nanobiophysics and Regenerative Biology and Medicine. All three Master's courses are taught in English.
A cooperation with four European universities opens the possibility of the EU-funded Erasmus Mundus program of M.Sc. Nanoscience and Nanotechnology within M.Sc. Nanobiophysics.
In addition, the CRTD is involved in the track "Computational Life Science" in the new Master’s course Computational Modeling and Simulation which started in October 2018.
PhD
At the CRTD it is possible to accomplish an experimental dissertation in one of the various research groups, as a PhD student either in the Dresden International PhD Program (DIPP) or as a Bioscience PhD student (BiPS). For the PhD students, the CRTD offers several possibilities that support a scientific career.
