• Do you know what the image histogram tells you?
• 8bit or 16bit images – which bit depth should I use?
• Did you make friends with your histogram and use it all the time?
• Do your images always show up well when opened on your own computer? 

If your answer to one or more of these questions is NO join in and learn about it!

You are welcome to bring questions regarding your own imaging experiment and discuss them with the LMF and your colleagues.

There will be a short introduction into image histograms and what can be learned from it followed by interactively playing with display curve adjustments and a discussion of bit depth and possible offsets. Participants are invited to bring their questions!
