Registration

Please note that in order to attend GeNeMe, regardless of category, registration via the conference management system ConfTool is required by September 13, 2023. 
To the registration  

There will be a separate registration for participation in the virtual pre-conference.

For participation in the main conference on 14-15.09.2023, registration in the respective category is required. Presenters must also register in the category Presenters for online participation.

Note: Members of the TU Dresden please enter your private address as billing address. 

The information on first name, last name, title, and institution on the registration form will be used for the name badges at the conference and for creating accounts for online participation.

Registration fees

The indicated prices are early bird prices. From 29.08.2023, these will increase by 25€ for each category.

• Keynote speaker(s), reviewer(s) 95 €
• Co-speaker: Presence 95 € | Online 50 €
• Regular participants Presence 195 € | Online 100 €
• Students (limited contingent) 25 €

Conference fee includes:

• Participation in the main conference 
• Conference Proceedings
• Lunch, snacks, and drinks

The conference fee does not include VAT in accordance with §4 No. 22a UStG, with the exception of service costs for break times (shown separately on invoice).
