Please note that for participation in GeNeMe, regardless of the category, registration via the conference management system ConfTool is required by September 13, 2025.
To the registration
To participate in the main conference from September 18 to 19, 2025 , registration in the respective category is required. Speakers must also register in the Speakers category for virtual participation.
Note: Associate members of TU Dresden please enter your private address as the billing address.
The information on first name, surname, title and institution on the registration form will be used for the name badges at the conference and for creating the accounts for online participation.
There will be a separate registration for participation in the pre-conferences.
Registration fees for the main conference
The prices listed are early bird prices. From 31.08.2025 all prices will increase by 25 €.
- Keynote speakers, reviewers €95
- Co-Advisors presence 95 € | online 50 €
- Regular participants presence 195 € | online 95 €
- Students (limited contingent) 25 €
The conference fee includes
- Participation in the main conference
- Access to the open access conference proceedings
- Lunch, snacks and drinks during breaks
The conference fee includes VAT, which will be shown separately on the invoice.
