In order to make the daily life at our university as pleasant and smooth as possible, TU Dresden offers multiple services. These services can be used not only by employees and students, but also partly by external target groups.
Below you will find an overview of the several service-providers and their fields of activity:
The department media presentation of the Media Centre loans audiovisual equipment for decentralized use in courses, conferences, etc..
Scope of Services:

Taking of orders for AV equipment rental and use of technology in the HSZ, and resource planning of technicians for teaching and research

contact in case of technical faults and problems with the HS technique (answering machine round-the-clock)

In the course of TU Dresden`s webrelaunch we would like to support you with our counselling and training offers as good as possible.
For individual questions or issues concerning the use of WebCMS2 you can contact the Media Centre`s user support. We extended our opening hours, have a new phone number and are happy to support you.
The use of new media has become an important part of our everyday culture. Especially in university teaching, a contemporary adaptation of the use of new media to the social conditions is necessary. A always developing technology requires reliable support and advice.
