FIRST AID COURSES

Every instructor should have a current first aid certificate (not older than 2 years).
The training or advanced training can be completed at any provider of first aid courses and must include at least 9 units and practical exercises. First aid e-learning courses are not recognized.
The DHSZ reimburses 50% of the costs. For this the application must
Course instructor advanced training and the reimbursement of expenses form together with the payment receipt (original) and the confirmation of participation (copy) promptly, but no later than 20 days after the training / advanced training has taken place in the DHSZ, z.H. Karola Hartmann.

The DRK Dresden also offers advanced training including sports emergencies and gives DHSZ course instructors a discount.

All DHSZ course instructors receive a discount of 10 euros on the DRK courses (50 euros instead of 60 euros course costs, please note the registration details below!). Proof of DHSZ-KL status must be provided for the course (ID card or contract).

Defibrillator

In the sports facilities on Nöthnitzer Straße (foyer of Halls I and II) and in the Falkenbrunnen (entrance area of the fitness studio/gym) there is a defibrillator available for first aid measures. A short introductory video on the topic can be found under the following link:
