Bad ideas go in the bin, good ideas go in the container: "StartupCubes" provide creative space for business ideas
A large number of impressive start-ups did not originate in high-tech laboratories, but in simple spaces such as sheds or garages. TU Dresden provides its start-up projects with the necessary space and the creative environment – in the shape of the StartupCubes – to develop innovative product ideas into successful business concepts.
The StartupCubes are managed by dresden|exists, TU Dresden’s start-up service.
Until now, the containers were known as “Innovation Sheds” and used for the interdisciplinary work of teams of scientists.
Students, graduates and employees of TU Dresden can use a StartupCube free of charge to prepare to set up a company. A first meeting at dresden|exists to pitch the start-up idea is required.
