An excellent milestone: 10 years University of Excellence
November 2012 marks a milestone in TUD's history: Ten years ago, funding began as one of only eleven Universities of Excellence in Germany, the only one in the new East German Federal States (except Berlin) to date. Excellence has triggered a highly dynamic change process and a surge of innovation at TUD. TUD has become more interdisciplinary and international, attracting outstanding researchers from all over the world. To celebrate the anniversary, the university produced a film that gives an insight into how passionate researchers at TUD are searching for knowledge for life.
