Erfolgreicher Auftakt des Netzwerks Women@DDc

To kick off the Women@DDc network, an After Lunch Talk took place on July 28, 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. 30 participants from science and science management met in the new Science Forum in the Kulturpalast. The participants discussed with the three panelists and gave personal insights into their biographies and career highlights.

The vivid presentations of the speakers, moderated by Katrin Saure (TU Dresden) and Johanna Wolter (Barkhausen Institute), were followed by a Q&A session with the audience, in which many important aspects of the question of what a career in science compares to science management constitutes, addressed and illuminated in a variety of ways. After the official part, the guests used the opportunity for intensive networking and brought in many ideas for topics for future events.
