What is the EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy?
The Young Leaders Alliance (YLA) strives to advance the professional growth of exceptional and promising researchers. It is designed foremost for junior professors, group leaders, and advanced postdocs to get to know TU Dresden's nine European partner universities, network with international colleagues from different disciplines, and benefit from continuing education opportunities to advance their careers!
How does the YLA work?
The EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy will host 20 Fellows (2 per EUTOPIA university) who will be ambassadors inside the EUTOPIA Alliance for two years starting in November 2023.
Each Fellow also receives a mobility budget of 5,000 EURO to conduct individual networking visits to EUTOPIA universities and initiate collaborations.
Who can apply?
The condition for application is a position at TU Dresden (preferably tenured or tenure-track) or you are head of a junior research group at TU Dresden. Your doctorate may date back between 2 and 12 years.
