IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As before, you can submit your applications electronically by e-mail and/or post
them in our mailbox (Graduate Academy, side entrance).
The deadline for our funding programmes is March 31, 2020.

Are you applying for a funding programme for which membership
in the Graduate Academy is a prerequisite?

You can submit your documents such as "confirmation of acceptance by the faculty" and/or "supervision agreement" until April 30, 2020.
IMPORTANT: Your admission as a doctoral candidate must be confirmed in Promovendus by March 31, 2020.

Saxon Scholarship and Back-to-Research-Grant:
In legitimate cases*, letters of recommendation can be submitted by post to the Studentenwerk Dresden until April 30^th, 2020.
All other funding programmes:
In legitimate cases*, letters of recommendation can be submitted (electronically and/or by post) to the GA until April 17^th, 2020.

*legitimate cases: Postal/electronic challenges/delays due to COVID-19
on the part of the reviewers; illnesses; or alike
