Jun.-Prof. Dr. Ilona Croy (Psychologie) - Preisträgerin 2017
This year, the Graduate Academy granted its Award for Excellence in Doctoral Supervision for the first time. A total of 51 nominations were received from TUD doctoral candidates and postdocs. Numerous supervisors were nominated multiple times.
Such commitment now not only receives academic appreciation but also financial recognition. The winner for excellent PhD supervision is awarded 5,000 euro.
Award Winner 2017
Winner of the prize is Junior Professor Dr. Ilona Croy (medicine), whose way of encouraging and challenging young researchers is exemplary.
On 13 December 2017 the prize for excellent doctoral supervision was awarded by the Rector Prof. Hans Müller-Steinhagen and the Vice-Rector for Research and Director of the Graduate Academy Prof. Gerhard Rödel.
