With the Mentoring Program Academia, the Postdoc Center wants to support postdocs with their academic career planning and their personal and professional development. Participants get opportunities for reflection, feedback and further qualification to master the next step of a scientific career successfully. Various events also offer the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other postdocs.

The next cycle starts on 15^th October 2025 and runs until 14^th October 2026.
