Individual Coaching & Advice for Postdocs | Science Management

Science management is becoming increasingly important at German universities and research institutions. Consequently, there is an ongoing search for highly qualified people with professional experience in the science sector but who also bring a talent for coordination and organization and a sense of science communication.

The fields of work are diverse and range from coordinating a collaborative research center to science marketing, consulting, and training of scientists, e.g., about funding options or strategy development at universities.

During our coaching sessions, you can define if a career change from science to science management is a serious career option for you, which strategic decisions are required, or which next steps you want to take towards the position of "science manager."
