Get moving!
Lace up your sneakers and become a part of TU Dresden’s sporting community! Whether you want to blow off steam, try something new, or just get moving, you'll find the perfect balance between study and exercise with us.
In addition to these courses, there is also a video on the active break for those who cannot attend on site. The Highway-TU-Health also offers the opportunity to get active in your free time. The Highway-TU-Health is located in the middle of the TUD campus.
Want to join a sports group and still looking for like-minded people? Visit the DHSZ sports partner exchange to enter your request or get in touch with others.
Balanced diet
In addition to exercise, diet plays a central role in physical health. You can find everything you need to know about our continuing education courses in this area and the food on offer in the university canteens and cafeterias in the “Physical health” section under “Living Healthy.”
Headaches
One in three adults in Germany are affected by headaches – that’s around 54 million people. Every day, 900,000 people suffer from migraine attacks, and 100,000 people are unable to leave their beds as a result.
But headaches and migraines can be effectively managed and even avoided altogether by taking preventive measures. For this reason, TU Dresden provides its members with free access to support, such as the medically certified “Prevent Headache” app.
Get involved and make use of our headache prevention services! For more information please visit Headache Hurts
